How many individual deliveries can be added to a multi drop?
There’s no limit. On our booking app you can add upto 20.
But we have delivered several thousand same day deliveries via multi drop
All you need to do is email us partnerships@gophr.com and we’ll send you a CSV booking template
Can you accept pre-routed multi drops?
Yes
Typically we would route your drops into the most cost efficient routes. But if you have a particular order in mind then yes.
On the booking app final screen it’ll give you the option to route as is, or optimise.
Can i still get tracking details, ETAs and proof of delivery pictures with Multi Drop deliveries?
Yes
Each delivery recipient will be sent a tracking link for their consignment – and all the proof of deliveries will be available to check in the jobs history section of your Gophr account.
Are there any limitations on times, distances or the amount of deliveries a courier can make on a shift?
Minimum time – YES – there’s a minimum of 4 hours per shift.
Maximum mileage – this is down to fair use. A courier can be expected to drive a max of 25-30 miles in a 4hr shift.
Maximum deliveries – expect a courier to deliver between 5-12 drops per hour. But this can vary significantly depending on the location.

What is an e-commerce courier integration?
Simple question – long answer. An integration takes care of all the automated dispatch processes, from booking deliveries to sending tracking links and confirming proof of delivery. Gophr offers native integrations with platforms like Shopify, Metapack, Evermile, and Snappy Shopper. We also have an open API for businesses that require custom integrations with their e-commerce stack.Â
What is the cost of an e-commerce courier integration with Gophr
There is no added fee for deliveries via APIs and integrations.
As for the cost of the integration itself – typically our team will offer guidance, but you will be expected to handle the dev requirements.
If the integration needs to handle high volumes of deliveries, then the integrations team will provide hands on support as required.
How do I access your real-time tracking?
We provide public tracking URL’s for each delivery, these can be forwarded to your customers to allow live tracking of deliveries.
How do I request an API key?
To get an API key, fill out this form and one of our team will be in contact.
What conventions does Gophr’s API follow?
- It makes use of standard HTTP methods like GET, POST, PATCH and DELETE
- Uses standard HTTP status codes to describe errors
- Authentication is done via API-Key
- All requests must be sent via SSL (https://)

What is the fastest delivery option?
Direct is the quickest option – the courier literally goes directly from pick up to drop off. Here’s how to book direct.
But unsurprisingly it’s not always the cheapest option.
Other options: once you’ve entered your delivery details – we’ll suggest three different ‘deliver by’ options:
- Economy – longest delivery window means lowest price
- Fastest – not quite direct speed, but not direct price either
- Fast – which is somewhere in the middle.
Can I pre-schedule a delivery?
Yes – you can pre-schedule a same day delivery for any day or time you like.
Only restrictions are that the collection and drop off times need to be within our operating hours (Mon to Sat 7.30am -10pm and Sunday 8am – 10pm).
And we can’t hold any items overnight for delivery the next day.
What is the maximum size you deliver?
We have a range of different vehicles available including bikes, cargo bikes, motorbikes, cars and vans – so we can deliver most things.
The large van option (e.g. a long wheel base Ford Transit) has a weight limit 900kg and a parcel size limit of 350 x 200 x 160cm.

We are pretty flexible, but yes… deliveries must be booked within operating hours: Mon–Sat 7:30 AM–10 PM, Sun 8 AM–10 PM.
Items must be ready at pickup time and match the vehicle size/weight limits.
We cannot store orders overnight for delivery later.
