Can you deliver controlled medicines?
Yes we can.
All couriers on Gophr are DBS checked, and are regularly trained on the correct doorstep processes for controlled medicines.
Our delivery workflows have become standard working practice for several major pharmacy chains.
How do I track my Gophr delivery?
Every Gophr delivery has a shareable tracking link which shows exactly where the courier is at all times.
You can also access tracking on our website or app
Head to the job board, and on the active tab, click on the job to expand its details.
What are your operating hours?
We primarily offer a same day delivery service and are open 7 days a week, 7:30 am – 10:00 pm. However, if you need a delivery that falls outside of those times, just let us know in advance and we would be more than happy to help.
