You can easily check your courier’s ETA when viewing the live job or by using the GPS tracking link given to you when you booked.
On desktop, simply hover over the locations map. On mobile, the ETA can be seen by opening the drawer at the bottom.
The tracker also displays your courier’s photo and contact information should you need to get in contact with them. It’s worth noting, however, that the ETA is liable to change as your courier is en route.
As a standard, payments will be charged to your credit/debit card within the next 24 hours after the job is completed.
If you are interested in getting access to a more convenient payment method or volume-based discounts on your account, please get in contact with a member of our team on our live chat.
Our operations centre works 7 days a week between 7:30 am – 9:00 pm, meaning that our system will not let you book a job with the earliest pickup time before 7:30 am or delivery deadline after 9:00 pm. That is also the most common operational time window agreed with our couriers.
We’re also primarily a same day delivery service, however, if you need a job completed outside of our standard hours, do please get in touch and we can see what we can do to help!
