How do I track my Gophr delivery?
To access the tracker from our website or app, head to the ‘Today’ or ‘Scheduled’ tab and click on the job to expand its details.
Every Gophr delivery has a shareable tracking link which allows customers to know the exact status of their delivery.
How do I book a return to pickup?
If you need a courier to visit another location and then return, please follow the steps on this link.
Does your company insurance cover high-value items?
If you are sending a parcel of high value, we offer you the option to select insurance for your parcel during the booking process, up to a maximum value of £5,000.
Will our parcels be handled carefully?
Absolutely. We pay our couriers the best rates so we can employ the most experienced drivers in the film & production industry, who always go above and beyond. They are used to delivering valuable parcels and will arrive prepared with trolleys, straps and pads for any fragile, delicate deliveries that need careful handling.
All our couriers are vetted and DBS checked to ensure our clients get the best service.
Can you deliver large, bulky items?
Yes. We have a fleet of small, medium and large wheel base vans. Our experienced couriers can pick-up and deliver large and/or heavy parcels, and will be equipped with trolleys, straps and pads for those deliveries that need a helping hand.
