Every Gophr delivery has a shareable tracking link which allows customers to know the exact status of their delivery.

How do I book a return to pickup?

If you need a legal courier to visit another location and then return, please follow the steps on this link.

Will our documents remain confidential?

Absolutely. We pay our couriers the best rates so we can employ the most experienced drivers in the industry, who are used to delivering sensitive, time-sensitive documents. All our couriers are vetted and DBS checked and they always go above and beyond.

Can you deliver large, bulky items?

Yes. Our experienced couriers can pick-up and deliver large and/or heavy parcels, and will be equipped with trolleys, straps and pads for those deliveries that need a helping hand.
