We can deal with heavy and large deliveries up to a point – in fact, we’re well equipped to deliver up to 1100kg in our large vans. If your consignment is larger than that, you may require a lorry and more specialised equipment. Please get in touch with our operations team directly (they are available via live chat!) and they can help with more specific service requests.
We classify jobs into 4 priority categories: standard, high, rush and direct. All categories are same day with standard priority jobs having a deadline set by you, anywhere over three hours from the time booked. High priority and rush jobs have shorter time frames, typically within 2-3 hours. The direct service has the added bonus of no additional stops in between collection and drop-off.
All estimated times of arrivals can be seen with the live GPS tracking link! On web, simply hover over the map location to see the ETA. On mobile, you just need to open the drawer at the bottom of the tracking page. Please be aware that these times are estimates and can fluctuate as the courier is en route.
