FAQs
How do I book multiple or Recurring shift? - For example every Monday and Tuesday?
If you need several shifts arranging, you can speak to your account manager or email partnerships@gophr.com – Often all we need is an email or a CSV.
Will Gophr Couriers help with furniture removals?
Not like a regular man and van would. Couriers on Gophr aren’t insured to collect goods from inside residential premises. They’re a helpful bunch, but they’re not obligated to. You can check out our full Ts and Cs here, or get in touch partnerships@gophr.com
Can i still get tracking details and proof of delivery pictures with Shift deliveries?
Not as standard. If you have multiple items and want that extra level of tracking then we’d probably recommend our multi drop service. But it is something we often do for Pharmacy clients who need that extra level of security. Email us partnerships@gophr.com
Are there any limitations on times, distances or the amount of deliveries a courier can make on a shift?
Minimum time – YES – there’s a minimum of 4 hours per shift.
Maximum mileage – this is down to fair use. A courier can be expected to drive a max of 25-30 miles in a 4hr shift.
Maximum deliveries – expect a courier to deliver between 5-12 drops per hour. But this can vary significantly depending on the location.
