If you need a standard delivery or smaller multi-drop you can sign up now – no approvals needed – book a job in our web app and pay by credit card.
The sales team are a helpful bunch who can answer any questions you might have around volume discounts or specific service capabilities.
How do you calculate your prices?
It’s based on a number of factors:
the vehicle type, the distance, the weight of your consignment, and the speed required to meet your delivery deadline (longer delivery window = cheaper price)
Do you have zero emission options?
Yes, we have push bikes, cargo bikes, a number of electric cars and vans available to deliver.
What is the employment status of Gophr couriers?
All Gophr couriers are independent and self employed.
Does Gophr deliver next day?
No, not yet.
Although it’s something we’re working on… but for now we don’t have the ability to hold onto deliveries overnight.

Here’s a selection of our most commonly asked questions.
What car parts are not suitable to send?
Unfortunately we can’t send anything that contains any form of liquid. For example, if you want to send a gearbox or engine it must have no oil or fuel left in it.
Tyres can be sent via Gophr, but they must be deflated and detached from the alloy as anything that is pressurised is prohibited, including airbags. Batteries are also forbidden.
How can I prepare my car parts for delivery?
Please make sure any sharp edges are padded and covered and there are no liquids present.
Double check that you’ve provided the correct dimensions and weight of your item to ensure our platform can assign it to the correct courier and vehicle.
Will I be able to track my delivery?

Can I schedule a same-day delivery for large orders of building materials?
Yes, we can handle large orders of building materials. We also offer a range of vehicle options to accommodate bulk deliveries, ensuring your materials arrive on-site promptly and efficiently.
Does Gophr provide any delivery tracking for my DIY and hardware orders?
Yes, we offer extensive real-time tracking for all deliveries – you can see exactly where the courier is live on a map.
Customers also receive updates and track their orders from dispatch to delivery, ensuring transparency and timely arrival of their items.
How can I check my delivery has arrived?
On delivery, the courier always requests the recipient’s name and takes a picture of the item delivered. This proof of delivery picture will be emailed to you as soon as the delivery is complete.
Do you offer next day as well?
Not in the classic sense. But retail clients sometimes use our pre-scheduled same day option to offer later evening order cut offs for ‘next day delivery’.

Do you have zero emission options?
Yes, we have push bikes, cargo bikes, and a number of electric cars and vans available to deliver.
Do you offer discounted rates for larger volumes?
Yes we do. So, if you have an amount of deliveries per month in mind, then please get in touch with the sales team by emailing sales@gophr.com and they’ll get back to you with the best rates available.
We also offer group rates – so if you have multiple branches with separate billings then they can all benefit from group rates.
How quickly can we get set up and booking?
You can set up a basic account in a matter of minutes – with instant approval and easily book one off jobs. Just sign up here. (Setting up multiple bookers on a single account is also simple.)
For regular or larger volumes of bookings, we can get you set up in a matter of days. It starts with a quick call with the sales team to understand your specific requirements and then we’ll come back some options and then get your team onboarded.

Are there subscription fees?

They are used to delivering valuable parcels and will arrive prepared with trolleys, straps and pads for any fragile, delicate deliveries that need careful handling.
All our couriers are vetted and DBS checked to ensure our clients get the best service.
Does your company insurance cover high-value items?
If you are sending a parcel of high value, we offer you the option to select insurance for your parcel during the booking process, up to a maximum value of £5,000.
