Will our deliveries be handled carefully?
Absolutely. We pay our couriers the best rates so we can employ the most experienced drivers in the industry, who always go above and beyond. They are used to delivering valuable parcels and will arrive prepared with trolleys, straps and pads for any fragile, delicate deliveries that need careful handling.
All our couriers are vetted and DBS checked to ensure our clients get the best service.
How do I track my Gophr delivery?
To access the tracker from our website or app, simply head to the job board, and on the active tab, click on the job to expand its details.
Every Gophr delivery has a shareable tracking link which allows customers to know the exact status of their delivery.
What are your operating hours?
We primarily offer a same day delivery service and are open 7 days a week, with usual operational hours Mon – Sat between 7:30 am – 9:00 pm and Sun 8am – 10pm. However, if you need a delivery that falls outside of those times, just let us know in advance and we would be more than happy to help.
