What’s new in this updated version of the app for couriers:

  • Multi-jobs will now allow you confirm all parcels at pickup in one go, instead of having to confirm each one individually.

  • Google has changed the way login is shared with other applications so if you use this option with us you will need this version to keep using the app.

  • Job contact buttons are bigger to make them easier to tap on.

  • We’ve changed the way cancellation requests are managed so you won’t need to log out / in when there’s been a mistake.

  • We’ve replaced the office phone call with the live chat contact on the cancellation request, to make everyone’s lives easier.

  • We’ve added the booker’s contact information on the job (when available) to help you sort out any issues faster and with the right person at any step of the way.

What’s new in this updated version of the app for couriers:

  • As requested by you and some of our customers as well we now have independent food settings so you can which special jobs you want to receive or not.

  • We are now introducing a live chat support for couriers inside the app, to make it easier to get help or report any issue.

  • Improvements on the courier to customer contact now enable you to know which numbers are available at each job location.

  • The waiting reasons will now require notes if an incorrect address is provided so we can double check and better communicate to the customer any delays.

  • Added support for the newest job priorities enabled for some of our partner customers.

  • Major system and library updates to improve the quality of our apps.

  • Fixed the display error observed when logging in with social media.

What’s new in this updated version of the app for couriers:

  • When changing a job status fails, it should let you retry with success the next time instead of failing repeatedly, which was completely annoying.
  • Added explicit numeric package sizes (in CM) alongside the text descriptions to make it easier for you to figure out what you should be picking up.
  • The waiting time is now controlled with a slider which makes it much easier to use and less error prone since it’s colour coded when the charges are being applied.
  • New job notifications will scroll the list up to the beginning of the page to make it easier and faster for you to check what’s coming your way.
  • Due to documentation and availability restrictions, as of now switching vehicle types on the app requires our explicit approval so you’d have to contact us to do this for you if needed be.

Additional improvements we have included for you because we’re nice:

  • Fixed an issue when checking if the registration number was added to the profile of motorbike and van profiles.
  • Improvements to the map management and calculating distances taking into account the GPS accuracy.
  • Timed-out notifications should now disappear without much delay to avoid the disappointment of trying to accept a job that’s no longer available.
  • Removed some cryptic error messages generated due to connectivity or missing location updates.
  • Some system improvements behind the scenes to keep our technology up to date with the latest platform upgrades.

What’s new in this updated version for the customer’s booking app:

  • The booking process is now more compatible with the web version, we got rid of weird errors popping up at the wrong times and polished some weird looks. We also got rid of the useless map showing the working area as the whole UK, because, what’s the point now right?
  • Hooray! you can now see the ETA of your courier on the job tracking of the mobile app, about time this got done! We shall be bringing some more job tracking improvements soon, so stay tuned.
  • You know that cool feature on our web app where you can repeat a booking with reversed addresses? Well, you can do that on your mobile now too.

Additional improvements we have included for you because we’re nice:

  • We’ve ironed out a few kinks, fixed some ugly looks from the active jobs list, cancellation box, and got rid of some weird errors popping up at awkward times.
  • There are some improvements on the profile management tools for picture uploads and address setup.
  • Whenever you get an expired card message you’ll be able to add a new one on the spot without interrupting your booking.
  • And some other backstage technological improvements.

What’s new in this updated version of the app for couriers:

  • Distance verification when checking-in at pickup and delivery locations to prevent errors when updating the progress of jobs.

  • Fixed an issue when opening the turn by turn directions from the job details page.

What’s new in this updated version of the app for couriers:

    * We’re preparing to release customer multi-jobs. This means that when the time comes, customers will be able to book chained jobs and they will come to you in one single notification. And checking-in at their location will be more straight forward in terms of repeated tasks and waiting times.

Additional improvements we have included for you because we’re nice:

    * Some profile management changes that had been queued on our list for far too long.

    * Fixed some bugs with the status switch, which was causing the status to not get refreshed in real time. And refreshing the jobs list is now more dynamic.

    * Performed some long due system updates to keep on top of the latest technology advances.

What’s new in this updated version of the app for couriers:

  • In order to allow jobs to be accepted quicker and reduce stress levels for couriers and customers we’ll be allowing you to request jobs from a scheduled board where you can see current jobs that need sorting ASAP, bookings arranged for the next hour and jobs that can take you closer to home in the evening or get your next day started in the morning.
  • We’re preparing to accept hourly shift bookings with some of our customer partners. This version of the app will enable you to accept shifts when this happens.
  Additional improvements we have included for you because we’re nice:
  • A few improvements in the backstage management of push notifications that were causing undesirable behaviours.
  • You will now be able to tell which are the new jobs from notifications on the sequence list. Allowing you to gain a better overview of your route.
  • A booker indication will appear on the job for the pickup or delivery contact to let you know who is the most relevant person to contact when any difficulties arise.
What’s new in this updated version for the for couriers:
  • We’re improving our onboarding process for new couriers, which makes signing up through the app a little less painful. So if you have a pal looking forward to come and work with us, this might be the time where you tell them!

  • The login form has been spiced up and made a tiny bit smarter. If you have it set for remembering your details it will still be a single tap process, but we thought of letting you all know.
  • New special consignment icons, for those packages that require special attention. We want you to know what to expect even before collection, so we don’t cancel jobs nor waste your time.
Additional improvements we have included for you because we’re nice:
  • A few system engine updates, because keeping up with technology is an endless race. And we want to provide you with the best working tool possible.
  • The location alerts have improved, because who knows what 14867.32 minutes actually means? Also, they will remain on the screen long enough for you to actually read them and know what’s going on.
  • Same goes from some of the prompt boxes, we want things to go smoothly and avoid any unintentional mistakes.
  • Which is why we now will require the customers to type in their own names upon delivery, as important it is for us to make this an easy process it is to watch your back and make sure any potentially distressed customer is able to find out who received their valuable package.
On top of that, we’ve fixed a couple annoying bugs that you might have noticed around:
  • Your location will now be updated promptly after restart and login, provided you have the service enabled and a working data connection.
  • And finally, you should be able to update your profile settings and details without problems.
What’s new in this updated version for the customer’s booking app:
  • You might notice the login and registration now work in the same way as on the desktop version of the app. Don’t worry, you will still able to log in with a single tap if your details have been saved.
  • We’ve improved our tracking functionality to identify any bottlenecks in your booking process. As usual, your feedback is always welcome.
  • Loading the live chat feature will now let us know from which account are you contacting us. Because customer service is that much better when you know who you’re talking to, right?
  On top of that, we’ve fixed a couple annoying bugs that you might have seen around:
  • Crashes on start were being caused by internal systems needing an update. Technology moves so fast these days, and we strive to provide you with the latest available on the market working hard to live up to high-quality standards.
  • Some push notifications seemed not being detected properly. Now you will get to know of every change on your job status in real time as soon as your courier updates it.
